At Cool Blue you can stay in your villa for 365 days a year if you wish to, or if you would prefer you can make your villa work for you when you are not there by placing it into our rental programme.

Rental Programme

Rental income from units has been calculated with reference to the financial projections prepared by Patrick Honey FCA, CEO of the chosen hotel management group Wintana Hotels. Patrick Honey is a UK chartered accountant and internationally recognised tourism and leisure expert.

From the analysis conducted in the report it is anticipated that the hotel will operate at 50% occupancy in its first year producing a gross yield of 9% per annum for rental participants.

Wintana Hotels and Resorts (www.wintanahotelsandresorts.com) will market the resort worldwide and provide a full hotel service to guests.

Maintenance Costs


A sinking fund of 100,000 ThB will be obtained from each property, this is a onetime payment only. The initial maintenance charge of 5,000 ThB per month will be levied from the date of completion. It includes the labour maintenance of your pool and terrace.

Furniture Package

A bespoke furniture package will be available for all those wishing to participate in the rental scheme and is included within the sale price. This will include everything you need to move into your new home including TV, Hi-Fi, kitchenware and bed linen and dressing pack of curtains, blinds and artwork. The furniture package is required if the Villa is to be entered into the rental pool.
